2 Dart is a beautifully updated property with 2 large bedrooms, en-suite plus bathroom and large bright open plan kitchen/ living/ dining and a private garden. Coming from a 4 storey period property we loved the contrast that 2 Dart provided. In addition to the property exceeding all expectations the management company was very professional and checked that everything was working ok etc. Overall we loved it.

Nestling in one of the most unspoilt areas of South Devon, Stoke Gabriel lies on a creek of the historic Dart River, a peaceful and tranquil village just 5 miles from the bustling resorts of Torquay and Paignton and the interesting riverside town of Totnes. A crabbing hot spot that has been rated one of the best in Britain, this thriving little village offers much for the visitor whether you are a keen walker, crabber, canoeist or would rather unwind and relax in the village orchard or outside the local pub. 2 Dart is located in the heart of the village just moments from the village shop, coffee shop and pub. The property is also just a few minutes walk through the orchard to the river banks where walkers can stretch their legs along the shoreline and stop for coffee and a snack at the popular River Shack cafe. Beautifully refurbished in a colonial New England Style this attractive villa is a wonderful opportunity for visitors seeking a holiday cottage without compromise and offering all the comforts of home. A hallway leads through to the two attractive bedrooms, the master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite shower room. Pale walls and New England style furniture are balanced with delicate fabrics and colours, with patio doors leading onto the colonial style balcony and the front garden that captures the evening sun. To the rear a slate patio offers the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or summer barbecue. An enclosed lawned garden accessed by a timber staircase from the patio, leads to parking for two medium size cars.

Access to the property from the parking is through a garden gate and 3 steps down to a sloping garden pathway and further 6 steps down a timber decking staircase to the rear patio. Front Access. 10 shallow steps from road to pathway. One step onto veranda and front door entrance. Ground floor: Hallway. Bedroom 1 with 5' bed, en-suite shower room and WC, patio doors to front veranda and garden. Bedroom 2 Twin with 19" TV, patio doors to front veranda and garden. Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Open plan Living Room with 42" TV, Wood burner and Kitchen, patio doors leading to level patio and timber staircase to raised garden and access to parking.
