Positioned on the popular Fishcombe Cove Holiday Park, Sea Haven is in an pretty position with glimpses of the sea. A 3 minute walk will take you to the picturesque Fishcombe Cove beach and a little further along the coast path, you will find the rock pools and turquoise waters of Churston. Take a walk through the pretty Battery Gardens to the town of Brixham where you will find Breakwater beach and bistro and the famous replica Golden Hind. Famous for its award winning fish market, there is always something going on in this popular South Devon seaside town, where you will find plenty of waterside bars and restaurants to eat in or takeaway. Children will love the open air seawater Shoalstone Pool where spectacular views across the bay can be enjoyed, or take a stroll up to the nature reserve at Berry Head, 200 metres high where you can marvel at the beautiful fauna and flora of this spectacular location. Newly refurbished throughout, Sea Haven benefits from an enclosed rear decked patio where guests can enjoy alfresco meals and drinks whilst enjoying glimpses of the sea in the distance from their picnic bench. Attractively furnished with two settees, the open plan lounge diner is equipped with a dining area for four, fully fitted kitchen, flat screen TV and DAB radio. With two bedrooms and a separate new bathroom, the master bedroom leads out through patio doors onto the timber deck to the rear of the property. Guests have full use of the facilities on site that include a heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor toddler pool, children's outdoor play area, club house with entertainment during high season,bar, restaurant & takeaway, shop, games room and launderette. The park facilities are open between the beginning of March through to the end of October, including half term week. There is allocated parking for one car roughly 25m from the property.

Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Other amenities: FREE WiFi supplied by the holiday park, DAB radio. Towels, bedlinen and electric central heating included. There is no washing machine in the property however there is a launderette on site. Cot and Hire chair available but must be requested at the time of booking On site facilities: Heated indoor swimming pool (first week in March to last week of October including half term) outdoor toddler pool (mid May - mid Sep), outdoor children's play area, club house with entertainment during high season, bar, restaurant & takeaway, shop, games room and launderette. The property offers accommodation over one floor and has a mixture of wood laminate floors, tiled floors, carpets and rugs throughout. External door is 75" wide and 196" height. Lounge door is 57" x 198", bathroom is 64" x 197. Bedroom doors are a standard width and height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. The enclosed patio are with picnic bench is timber decked and accessed via one step from the patio doors. There is off-road allocated parking for one car on a tarmac surface approx 25 metres from the entrance. From the parking area, there is a very slight incline, and two steps to front door.
