On a lovely farm location, 5 wonderful Pods and a beautiful Barn conversion. The Pods are ideal for those wishing to have a mini adventure whilst the Barn is perfect for those looking for more luxury.

Please note that this property is a FRIDAY changeover day, not Saturday. Situated in picturesque countryside within a 54 acre farm this beautiful converted barn sits in the hamlet of Pancrasweek near Holsworthy. This is a fabulous location whether you need a change from the hustle and bustle of life or as a base to explore this wonderful county with its National Parks and glorious sandy beaches. Situated next to the owners farmhouse, The Old Shippon boasts a reverse layout and underfloor heating throughout. On entrance level you will find a spacious, open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burner. A staircase here leads up to a quirky mezzanine area, ideal for relaxing next to Laurel & Hardy with a good book. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and two with their own TV's and also a family bathroom. Outside there is a lovely patio area with garden furniture and lawn area. You and your dogs are welcome to explore the 23 acres of private woodlands on-site and say hello to the Highland Cows and donkeys en-route. The pretty hamlet of Pancrasweek is set within Ruby Country and is peaceful and quiet and and an absolute haven for wildlife. For the energetic, there are a number of outdoor activities nearby including horse-riding, sailing, kayaking, golf and wonderful walks. A trip to the sandy beaches of Bude or Widemouth Bay are a must for sun-worshipers and water-sport enthusiasts. Situated between the beautiful National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor, the market town of Holsworthy is approximately five miles away for amenities and catering for your supermarket needs, however if cooking is not on your wish list, there are plenty of country pub/restaurants and cute cafes in the area in which to indulge.

3 bedrooms - sleeping up to 6 Ground floor: Entrance. Open plan living room wood burning stove and 37" TV, dining area and kitchen. Stairs to a mezzanine area. Flight of stairs with fixed stair-gate down to lower floor. Bedroom 1 Double with 23" TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Bedroom 2 Double with 23" TV. Bedroom 3 twin beds. Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. External fire door. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs with barbecue and a lawn area. Please be aware that there are some steep drops in places. Other Amenities: Free WiFi, iPod Dock/Radio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker Bed linen, towels and heating included. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 each per week - please note that dog crates and bowls are provided. Crates are for wet/messy dogs and if you are leaving your pets unattended in the property. The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mix of wood flooring, carpets and underfloor heating throughout. External and internal doors range from a width of 71cm - 109cm all with a standard height. There is parking for 2 cars. The parking spaces are level, on gravel with a path that slopes down towards the property and are approximately 10 metres from the entrance to the barn.
