Paying for your holiday

How to pay for your holiday

Deposit payment

Unless you are booking within eight weeks of your arrival, then you only have to pay a deposit initially.

The deposit payment is worked out at 1/3 of the rental plus any extras such as our booking fee, insurance, pet cost and towels.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. If you live overseas, we can arrange for a bank transfer of the funds.

Please note, when paying on card there is no charge for debit cards, however we do pass on a 2% surcharge on credit card payments.

Balance payment

Your balance is due eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday, but if you wish you can pay parts or all of this in the run up to that date to spread the cost. We will contact you at this time if your balance has not been settled, just to remind you.

Payments can be made online or over the telephone with one of our advisors.

We use a secure payment system – SagePay, and you can rest assured that no credit or debit card details are stored. It is for this reason we do not automatically take balance payments.

If your holiday starts in 8 weeks...

If you holiday is due to start within eight weeks we will require the full amount at the time of booking.
