Booking your holiday cottage

To book your Devonshire Cottage Holiday with us is a simple process. Online you can book 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However if you prefer to speak with someone direct, you can call us on 01326 573808, 7 days a week and one of our holiday cottage experts will be ready to help you.

Placing an online booking is simple.  Once you have found the right cottage for you, click the ‘Book Now’ tab at and this will take you to an availability page where you can check the price and availability across the year.  Periods in green are currently available.

The next step is to select the dates by clicking on the checkbox next to your preferred week/weeks and then click ‘Book Now’

Holiday Details

Firstly, you will be asked to confirm the property, holiday dates, how you wish to pay and details of any extras that you may require, such as if you are bringing a pet or if you require towel hire (where not included in the price) or our cancellation insurance.

Party Details

We will then ask you will be staying at the property and some details of their ages. We are acting as agents on behalf of the property owner and these details are passed to the owner as part of the contract that is formed between you and the property owner.

Payment

The final stage of the booking is for us to ask for your payment details. Please note, no money is taken until your booking is confirmed, so if there are any checks needed prior to confirming your booking, these will be done before we release the funds paid online.  Should you wish to make a provisional booking choose the ‘cheque’ option at the payment point and this will hold the dates should you need time to consider your options or discuss your choices with friends or family.

Confirmation

Once we have all the details your booking request is generated and sent to our team who will run through all the final checks prior to processing your payment.  Once we have processed your payment your booking confirmation documents will then be emailed to you later that day.
