At the front of the Barn is a sheltered patio with granite flag-stones with access to a barbecue and adjacent to the property is 5.5 acres of field including a shared, grassed picnic area with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, a fabulous space for outdoor fun with the family.
Walk into the ground floor where comfort is guaranteed, the living area has a wood burner and the kitchen is modern and very well equipped.
On the first floor are two attractive en-suite bedrooms.
The double room has large picture windows which afford captivating views across the fields and, for flexibility, the second bedroom can be presented with a king size bed or a twin (with 2'6 beds).
