It is ideal for a family beach holiday and those wishing to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall. Hillview Cottage possesses a real family feel and this is evident when stepping into the property.

Set over three floors, the first room you’ll find is the sitting room.

Its open fire is a great spot for everyone to gather round.

Elsewhere on the ground floor is a modern kitchen and dining area, both these rooms look out over the garden and the nearby fields.

The cottage’s bedrooms can be found on the first floor, the first of which is a king-size, while there’s also a twin bedroom, which upon request can become a super king-size double.

Both of these rooms have en-suite showers.

The final bedrooms are a children's bunk and a single.

As well as the bedrooms, the first floor also has a family bathroom, which is located between the bunk and single rooms.

Younger members of the family will also enjoy the second floor, as there is a den, which features plenty of games and toys to keep them entertained for hours on end. The enclosed walled garden with patio offers views of breath-taking countryside views, and is therefore a wonderful place to relax after a day out in the town. Away from the cottage, holiday makers will find a supermarket just a short walk away, while around the corner is the local pub, the Farmers Arms.

As well as the sandy beaches, Newquay offers a lot of walks along the fields.

The town centre has an aquarium and zoo, both of which offer a worthwhile day out for all the group.

Padstow is another town to visit, and the harbour town is just 14 miles away.

You could also explore Truro which has museums, cathedrals and many restaurants to choose from.
