Located on a small hill in the secluded Maen valley, with commanding views of the deeply wooded valley, the lake, the golden sands of Maenporth Cove and the beautiful Falmouth Bay, the Maenporth Estate is a collection of privately owned residences set in 29 acres of well managed landscaped gardens and protected woods. Like property owners, resident guests have one car parking space allocated to them, and have exclusive access to the Estate's private facilities. The leisure centre has a sun terrace, shower and changing facilities, a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and pool table. Behind the leisure centre is an enclosed children's play area and two all-weather tennis courts.
The Estate's woods and gardens have access paths where guests can walk and enjoy the many exotic soft and hard wood trees and shrubs, while listening to and watching the wildlife.
