18 Ocean Heights is a contemporary townhouse property, set over three floors and is situated in an ideal location to all of Newquay’s amenities.

For a great day out, visit the fantastic Newquay Zoo or Blue Reef Aquarium.

Further afield rests the quaint fishing village of Padstow while Truro and its cobbled streets and vibrant city life is around 45 minutes away.
