Lantyan House is an ultra fabulous coastal homestay with a captivating estuary vista overlooking the River Fowey.
This stylish wow-factor retreat sits in a view-envy waterside setting in the scenic little village of Golant.
Perfectly placed on the Cornish Riviera, this contemporary detached bolthole sits a five minute drive from fabulous Fowey and makes a luxury venue for holidays and celebration gatherings for friends and families.
Soak up the Cornish rays and the enchanting estuary views from the south facing double aspect sun deck.
The large terraced garden at the rear has furniture for sunshine dining with steps to the raised horizon lawn (there is quite a drop so take extra care after a tipple and please supervise children.) The accommodation is super comfy with an interior designed for maximum style and relaxation.
The generous open-plan living room has superb picture windows framing the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty beyond and a wood burner for fireside cosiness - what better place for a hot chocolate and a snuggle with a good book during the cooler months.
The high gloss kitchen makes a fantastic social space to cook and eat, or relax in the conservatory after visiting the Fisherman's Arms riverside pub or a kayak adventure, which can be hired from the estuary beach below.
All bedrooms have a balcony and the master plays host to a gorgeous wake-up call of wonderful river and countryside views.
Fowey is a truly favoured resort, home to the Regatta and Daphne du Maurier, with an array of boutiques, galleries and restaurants arcing the picturesque harbour.
Enjoy a water based activity, pleasure boat trip or ferry ride to Polruan, visit the Eden Project or ramble the Pilgrims Way footpath.
Tee off at one of the five golf clubs nearby - the courses at Carlyon Bay and Porthpean both have the most amazing sea views.
The coastal footpath boasts spectacular seascapes through sunshine and storms.
With Par Sands, Polruan and Readymoney Cove all within easy reach, Lantyan House will be a holiday hotspot to return to again and again.

About the location
Eden project 1 mile; Charlestown 3 miles; St Austell 3 miles; Mevagissey 14 miles.
St Blazey is a small town situated 3miles east of St Austell and is nowadays best known for being the closest to the Eden Project, which is a 10 minute drive from the cottage. Nearby Charlestown is a delightful and much sought after coastal village of stone cottages and regency houses. It is famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path. More recently it has become famous for the scenes filmed there for the Poldark series. The old market town of St Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast. A short drive will take you to fashionable Fowey, the fishing port of Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are also several National Trust gardens and properties within easy reach. With so much to do this is a great year round location.
