With nearly 60 acres to explore there is an abundance of wildlife and a lovely country walk. A perfect location for walking and cycling holidays or simply a relaxing break. There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Close by is The Grand Western Canal Countryside Park with over 10 miles of countryside walks, cycle path and canal boat trips. Exeter Crediton Ottery St Mary . This five star cottage offers not only quality accommodation but also excellent disabled access throughout. There is parking close by to the cottage with level access. The spacious living room has glazed doors which open to a large decking area with garden furniture and barbeque. The open plan kitchen and dining areas are specifically equipped with both low and higher level appliances and work surfaces. Lake View has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite with level access shower.

Willow Tree offersand facilities under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility - levels M1, M2 and M3a, Hearing Impairment - level 2 and Visual Impairment - level 1. £150 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12).
