West Pitt Farm offers all the ingredients for a perfect getaway, whether you are seeking a family break or reunion celebration, a romantic holiday for two, you are bringing your four legged friend on holiday, or need accommodation offering facilities for those with limited mobility; here at West Pitt Farm you can be assured there is something for everyone! Delightfully positioned enjoying views across the Culm Valley towards Dartmoor and the south coast, guests can enjoy a host of activities right on their doorstep. A heated swimming pool and sauna with sun terrace is an excellent all year round facility, also a grass tennis court, croquet lawn, indoor games room with Wi-Fi Hub and a number of well stocked lakes that guests are free to fish from during their stay, ensure everyone's needs are catered for. There is plenty of private parking in a designated car park. A wide variety of places to eat out can be found nearby and for those who prefer to dine in, there are a number of farm shops close by offering fresh local produce, where deliveries can be arranged. The nearby local town of Tiverton has a regular Pannier Market and a variety of larger supermarkets. Willow Tree is a brand new eco lodge enjoying wonderful views over the Farmyard Pond towards the valley and countryside beyond. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide stylish high quality facilities that meet the needs of disabled guests in wheelchairs and offers full accessibility throughout the cottage and immediate grounds. The spacious living room with a deep soft leather suite, has glazed doors that open onto a very spacious decked patio area. The open plan kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and provide low level appliances and work surfaces. The master bedroom has the versatility of a zip and link 5ft bed and en suite wet room. There is additional outside storage for fishing equipment, bikes etc. There is parking directly behind the property with level access.

Bathroom, bath with shower over and WC. Additional amenities: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer. Bed linen and towels provided. Central Heating. One well behaved dog at £25 per week. Willow Tree offersand facilities under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility - levels M1, M2 and M3a, Hearing Impairment - level 2 and Visual Impairment - level 1. Communal Facilities: Heated swimming pool, sauna operated by £1 coins, games room with wireless broadband connection,(table football operated by 50p coins), children's outdoor play area, grass tennis courts, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over 12yrs).
