There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Bedroom 4 Twin. Bathroom, bath with shower over and WC. Other Amenities: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil fired central heating. 2 well behaved dogs welcome at £25 each per week. £150 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12).
