There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Close by is The Grand Western Canal Countryside Park with over 10 miles of countryside walks, cycle path and canal boat trips. Exeter Crediton Ottery St Mary. Oil fired central heating. 2 well behaved dogs welcome at £25 each per week. £150 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12).
