With a cottage which can sleep up to 18 it is ideal for birthdays and family celebrations. At West Pitt Farm you can be assured there is something for everyone! The cottages have panoramic views across Devon's Culm Valley towards Dartmoor and the south coast. Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, grass tennis court, croquet lawn, children's play area, indoor games' room and a pond for fishing. WiFi is available on site. With nearly 60 acres to explore there is an abundance of wildlife and a lovely country walk. A perfect location for walking and cycling holidays or simply a relaxing break. There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Close by is The Grand Western Canal Countryside Park with over 10 miles of countryside walks, cycle path and canal boat trips. Exeter Crediton Ottery St Mary With glorious south facing views across the Culm Valley and towards the south coast, The Carthouse is a super newly converted barn and has been awarded four star gold. Perfect for families, groups of up to 10 or a couple looking for luxury accommodation. It offers spacious open plan living and dining area with woodburner. There is a south facing terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. The bedrooms have Hypnos pocket sprung beds and mattresses and luxury bedding, linen and towels are provided. There are five bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The Carthouse may be booked with The Cider Press (ref 4061) a new one bedroom barn conversion available from Easter 2012, together offering accommodation for up to 14. For guests looking for accommodation where no pets have stayed, the Carthouse is pet free.

Accommodation Description

Sleep 10 Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/diner with wood burning stove. Kitchen. WC. Bedroom 1 Double. First floor: Bedroom 2 Double with en-suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 3 Double with en-suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 4 Twin. Bedroom 5 with 5' bed (zip and link ). Bathroom, bath with shower over and WC. Other Amenities: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil fired central heating. £150 cash security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12). NB: Unless otherwise stated Washing machine, TV, DVD, fridge and cooker are all part of our standard inventory items and are not listed separately.
