With nearly 60 acres to explore there is an abundance of wildlife and a lovely country walk. A perfect location for walking and cycling holidays or simply a relaxing break. There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Close by is The Grand Western Canal Countryside Park with over 10 miles of countryside walks, cycle path and canal boat trips. Exeter Crediton Ottery St Mary. Lake View Cottage is a delightful 16th Century Devon Longhouse with many original features. The living room has a large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and original bread oven. With a lovely farmhouse kitchen, Lake View Cottage is perfect for families or a friends get-together. With three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom the cottage offers very versatile accommodation. There are lovely Devon views from the windows and outside there is a private garden with garden furniture and barbeque. This cottage may be booked together with The Farmhouse (ref 4007) to make one cottage sleeping up to 18 people. Perfect for Christmas and New Year and family get-togethers.

Other Amenities: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil Fired central heating. Electricity £1 slot meter. 2 well behaved dogs welcome at £25 each per week. £150 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12).
