Delightfully positioned enjoying views across the Culm Valley towards Dartmoor and the south coast, guests can enjoy a host of activities right on their doorstep. A heated swimming pool (children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult) and sauna with sun terrace is an excellent all year round facility, also a grass tennis court, croquet lawn, indoor games room with Wi-Fi Hub and a number of well stocked lakes that guests are free to fish from during their stay, ensure everyone's needs are catered for. There is plenty of private parking in a designated car park. A wide variety of places to eat out can be found nearby and for those who prefer to dine in, there are a number of farm shops close by offering fresh local produce, where deliveries can be arranged. The nearby local town of Tiverton has a regular Pannier Market and a variety of larger supermarkets. This open plan studio has great appeal for those seeking a romantic retreat. Full of charm and character the original wood beams are indicative of the original structure. Accessed by a number of stone steps the Hayloft has a small private outside seating area for guests to enjoy a glass of wine on warmer evenings. Guests have use of the communal laundry facilities onsite. It is in a great position, with fantastic views towards Dartmoor across the Culm Valley. The property is converted from the original stable barn, the reverse style accommodation is arranged over two floors, with an open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the fabulous views. The property is furnished simply and offers very comfortable accommodation for two people. Communal laundry facilities are available on site. Nearby, a wealth of activities are available to keep even the most active holiday maker happy, including a heated swimming pool and sauna with a terrace, a grass tennis court, indoor games room with Wi-Fi, a croquet lawn and several well stocked lakes that are available for guests to use.
