With nearly 60 acres to explore there is an abundance of wildlife and a lovely country walk. A perfect location for walking and cycling holidays or simply a relaxing break. There are a several pubs and restaurants just a mile away, local farm shops offering fresh produce or deliveries can be arranged. The nearby Town of Tiverton has a pannier market and larger supermarkets. Close by is The Grand Western Canal Countryside Park with over 10 miles of countryside walks, cycle path and canal boat trips. Exeter Crediton Ottery St Mary . The latest addition to West Pitt is a super one bedroom barn conversion with floor to ceiling windows and panoramic south facing views. With open plan living room with woodburner, dining area and kitchen, The Cider Press has been completed to a very high standard. Upstairs to a mezzanine level there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This cottage is perfect for a couple or a couple plus one or two with use of a quality double sofabed in the living room. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil Fired Central heating. £100 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Shared Facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult). Games' room with table football, table tennis and pool table. Children's outdoor play area, grass tennis court, pond and lakes for coarse fishing (rod licence required for anglers over the age of 12).
