The property has been converted from the original stable barn, and the reverse style accommodation is arranged over two floors, with an open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the fantastic views. Simply furnished, the accommodation offers very comfortable accommodation for two people. There are communal laundry facilities available on site. Nearby, there are may activities which will keep even the most active holiday maker happy, including a sauna, a heated swimming pool, a grass tennis court, Wi-Fi enable indoor games room, a croquet lawn and some great angling is to be had in the nearby well stocked lakes. There is plenty of parking at the property, with designated parking available. There are many places to eat nearby but if you prefer to dine in, a selection of nearby farm shops offer fresh produce. The nearby town of Tiverton has a regular market and there are several large supermarkets to choose from.

Sleeps 2 Ground floor: Double bedroom with 5’ foot zip and link, complete with ensuite shower room and toilet. First floor: Open plan living space with kitchen/diner. Additional amenities: Towels and bed linen are provided. Heating is by oil fired central heating. Electricity is via a £1 slot meter. One dog is welcome, with an extra payment of £25 per week.
