It is a dog friendly holiday cottage and the accommodation has facilities for people with limited mobility. It is in a great position, with fantastic views towards Dartmoor across the Culm Valley. The property is converted from the original stable barn, the reverse style accommodation is arranged over two floors, with an open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the fabulous views. The property is furnished simply and offers very comfortable accommodation for two people. Communal laundry facilities are available on site. Nearby, a wealth of activities are available to keep even the most active holiday maker happy, including a heated swimming pool and sauna with a terrace, a grass tennis court, indoor games room with Wi-Fi, a croquet lawn and several well stocked lakes that are available for guests to use. The property has ample parking, with designated parking and really is a holiday cottage that suits everyone. Also nearby, is a wealth of places to eat and if you prefer to dine in, a selection of nearby farm shops offer fresh produce which can be delivered, by arrangement. The nearby town of Tiverton has a regular market and there are several large supermarkets to choose from.

Sleeps 2 Ground floor: Double bedroom, complete with ensuite shower room and toilet. First floor: Open plan living space with kitchen/diner. Additional amenities: Towels and bed linen are provided. Heating is by oil fired central heating. Electricity is via a £1 slot meter. One dog is welcome, with an extra payment of £25 per week. Heated pool (under 15s to be accompanied by an adult) and sauna operated by £1 coins. Games room with Wi-Fi, table football (coin operated), grass tennis courts, outdoor children’s play area. Pond and lakes available for coarse fishing (rod license required for anglers over 12 years old).
