Set in a delightful position which enjoys views across the Culm Valley towards Dartmoor and the south coast, guests can enjoy a host of activities right on their doorstep. A heated swimming pool (children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult) and sauna with sun terrace is an excellent all year round facility, also a grass tennis court, croquet lawn, indoor games room with Wi-Fi Hub and a number of well stocked lakes that guests are free to fish from during their stay, ensure everyone's needs are catered for. There is plenty of private parking in a designated car park. A wide variety of places to eat out can be found nearby and for those who prefer to dine in, there are a number of farm shops close by offering fresh local produce, where deliveries can be arranged. Also, nearby, the town of Tiverton holds a regular Market and a there are a selection of larger supermarkets.
