Two bedrooms on the ground floor are beautifully dressed and have use of a spacious downstairs shower room. Stairs lead to generous living space with high vaulted ceilings where glass doors open to a glass Juliet balcony (careful with young children) allowing guests to relax and take in the beautiful views of the estate and grounds. The master bedroom enjoys a luxury en suite bathroom with separate shower and double basins all furnished in glorious Italian limestone. Guests are free to wander through the beautifully kept grounds of this estate and relax on the decking area beside the lake. The nearby delightful 'olde worlde' pub The Fortescue Arms is well worth a visit, just a1/2 mile away, it can be reached on foot, and offers an excellent variety of real ales, great food and an open fire. The glorious shingle stretch of Slapton Sands is just five miles away and the ancient market town of Kingsbridge which boasts a comprehensive selection of local shops as well as two supermarkets, is just 3 miles. There is allocated parking for one car and one additional parking space is available in the visitors car park.
