Situated just 4 miles from Dartmouth,it is within easy reach of the towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and a short drive to the spectacular beach of Blackpool Sands and Dartmoor National Park. This property has been converted from a working dairy farm, the cottage retains a wealth of character features, and is presented to an excellent standard throughout. Attractively furnished and very well equipped the cottages all benefit from dishwashers and power showers, each one with glorious views over the valley. Set down a long private drive well away from the road, the cottages are arranged around a very attractive courtyard each with their own garden furniture to relax on sunny days. A barn to the rear of the courtyard is equipped with table tennis and basket ball net and is a great space for children to play without the worry of disturbing adults who wish to unwind and soak in the peace and tranquillity of the valley and surrounding countryside.
