There are six holiday cottages converted from old farm buildings which date back to Medieval times. The cottages provide a perfect base to get away from it all. Peace and tranquillity are guaranteed. There is accommodation to suit families or couples and is the perfect base for seaside or walking holidays. Dogs are welcome. For families there is a play paddock with climbing frame, swings and sand pit. All are invited to join in with feeding the owner's animals including ponies, sheep, pigs, geese, ducks and chickens. There is a luxury hot tub and sauna which is the perfect way to relax after busy days. The surrounding area has so much to offer from active sports like cycling, sailing, surfing and fishing to National Trust beaches and coast line. Cheristow Farm is ideally situated tucked away off country lanes it is only a short walk to the beaches of Berry or Blackpool and the South West Coastal Path. A little further afield are, in the south, Welcome Mouth, Sandymouth, Bucks Cross and Widemouth Bay and north, to Clovelly, Appledore and Instow. The village of Hartland is a 20 minutes walk through oak woods. Here there a range of shops, pubs and a local pottery and furniture workshops. 200 years ago this was the former shippon now it has been converted into a very spacious two storey cottage. Next door to Milking Parlour this cottage also enjoys a private enclosed garden with access to the play paddock. The Granary has a large separate dining room which is perfect for large family gatherings. The living room has an open fire and is comfortable what ever the weather! The two bedroom are spacious and offer versatile sleeping accommodation sleeping up to 6 on request. The main bedroom has a king size bed.
