A charming and spacious medieval farmhouse dating back to the 12th century, this beautiful old property is steeped in history and is thought to be the most ancient house in the Hartland Parish. A flagstone entrance hall leads through to a large traditional dining room boasting an impressive display inglenook fireplace and low beamed ceilings, perfect for family gatherings. The living room with wood burning stove oozes comfort and style. Three sumptuous settees gracefully decorated in duck egg blue & gold throws and cushions sit harmoniously with timber beams and original stone walls. A well equipped kitchen fitted in Smallbone antique pine, boasts an electric Range style cooker. A single room on the ground floor has use of a separate shower room. Two staircases, one a Victorian cast iron spiral staircase lead, to the first floor (some low ceilings) where a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a family shower room and further twin rooms and double room with en-suite, offer an arrangement ideal for two families.
