Standing just a few yards from the beach at Exmouth, this modern town house is arranged over three floors each with a balcony where glorious views of the Exe Estuary can be enjoyed, from all the principal rooms. Those who don't wish to venture far can sit back and enjoy the daily activity of the yacht club adjacent to the house, and for those who would rather take part, choose from kite surfing, canoeing, diving and windsurfing all of which and more can be found on your doorstep. Of course Exmouth is famous for its two mile stretch of golden sands where a simple bucket and spade will occupy your little ones for hours. Exmouth is the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the coastline can easily be explored by foot or by bicycle. Enjoy cliff top walks that reveal the splendor and history of the magnificent coastline and cycle pathways suitable for all age groups that pass through bird watching paradise along the estuary towards Topsham, Lympstone and beyond. The town centre is just a five minute walk from the property where you will find a fine variety of restaurants offering freshly caught fish and locally produced food. There is entertainment for young and the young at heart with clubs and pubs many of which serve a good selection of local ales. There is so much to do and see there is little need to use the car, and for those who would rather travel by train, Exmouth has its very own train station with a bus terminal next door. The historic city of Exeter is just 8 miles where those travelling from further afield can fly into the city airport. There is parking for one standard sized car in an allocated space and another standard sized car in a garage in front of the property. (An estate car can be accommodated if the garage door is left open)
