As you enter the living room of Torbay View you will be immediately struck by the captivating vista. Large picture windows span most of the far wall of this attractive bungalow, taking in far reaching views of Torbay, where in the distance and on clear days it is even possible to glimpse Hay-Tor on Dartmoor. Positioned in a quiet residential cul-de-sac the bungalow is ideally situated close to the marina, just 15 minutes walk will take you past the breakwater beach into the centre of Brixham where narrow streets brim with shops, cafes and restaurants. The picturesque harbour is a popular spot to enjoy a fish and chip lunch while watching the fishing boats come and go with the tide. You will be spoilt for choice when deciding what to do each day of your holiday. The open air swimming pool is a great attraction in the summer, and there are some wonderful walks to be enjoyed at Berry Head Country Park just a ten minute stroll from the property. Of course close by is Torquay and Paignton where you can take the ferry and enjoy days out at Paignton Zoo and Babbacombe Model Village and the beaches of Broadsands and Goodrington ideal for families with children. Further along the coast is the maritime town of Dartmouth and Kingswear where you can join the Steam Train that runs along some of the most breathtaking countryside in South Devon between Kingswear and Paignton. Torbay view is a spacious bungalow that is accessed via three internal stairs. The open plan living/dining room is attractively furnished with a pale suite, flat screen TV with DVD and dining area that leads through to an open kitchen area featuring a double oven and attractive pale fitted kitchen units. The master bedroom has patio doors leading into the sheltered, sunny south facing patio, planted with a variety of flowering shrubs, a perfect spot for an alfresco meal or evening glass of wine. For cooler months a conservatory offers a very warm spot to enjoy a book or to catch 40 minutes! There is parking on the drive for two cars.
